Deals” we will detail over
50 ways to find deals and use internet
methods that most people don’t know about.

“Qualifying
Deals” The ways to
pre-qualify deals using software provided
and scripts of what to say to sellers and
BUYERS (your real income source) so you
pre-screen out the “dead beats” and get
deals with equity in them without leaving
your office and on your own time. Most
importantly, how to determine what you can
really sell properties for in this “upside
down” market – either wholesale or retail.

“Structuring
Deals with No Money and Subject To”
Discover how to make deals work with little
or no money so you don’t have to buy and
hold properties to sell them. Besides

deal, you will learn how to sell QUICKLY and
for the most possible profit available.
9.
“Closings”
Learn what to expect on every line of
the HUD-1, and how to make more money at
each closing.
There are
certain “specialty” topics that we will not
be covering, such as short sales, because we
are looking to have our students learn how
to
make money quickly and efficiently
and control their own destiny
and not have to deal with excessive
work for a deal.
We will not be
teaching any unethical, immoral, or
unscrupulous tactics of real estate
investing.
